What sizes do you offer?
Most styles are in Australian numeric sizing — typically 8 to 16. That is the standard Australian numbering, so there is no conversion to do: if you are a 12, choose 12. Some styles use S–XL instead, and jeans are sold by waist measurement in inches (26–32). Where a size chart is available it appears on the product page, and when you are between sizes we recommend going by the measurements rather than the label.
What materials do you use?
It varies by style. Our denim is mostly cotton-rich blends with a little elastane for stretch; knitwear, sweatshirts and many dresses use synthetic or blended fabrics chosen for warmth, drape and easy care. We don't generalise about it — the exact composition is printed on every product page, under Composition & care, so you can check before you buy.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free on orders over $150 across Australia, with tracking. Below $150 there is a flat $25 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date you order.
Where do you ship from?
Our stock is held with our manufacturing partners overseas and shipped directly to you, which is why delivery takes 5–10 business days rather than one or two. There is nothing extra to pay on arrival — the price you see at checkout is the final price, and any duties or taxes are already covered.
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
