We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us via our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with simple instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll cover return shipping and replace it or refund you in full.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Swimwear & hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if it is unworn with the hygiene liner and all tags intact. Please try swimwear on over your own underwear.

Your rights under New Zealand law

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If goods fail to be of acceptable quality or don't match their description, you're entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as required by law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
