About us

Maia Raglan is an online clothing store serving customers in New Zealand. These terms apply to your use of our website and any purchase you make.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to display products and colours accurately, but slight variations can occur between screens. We may update prices, products, and availability at any time without notice.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it doesn't yet form a contract. A contract is formed once we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs); if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered on our Shipping page, and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you buy as a consumer, those guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and the Maia Raglan name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Maia Raglan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled by the New Zealand courts.
