Every order is sent with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within New Zealand then takes around 4–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate in NZD, calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free on all New Zealand orders over NZ$150.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier demand, weather, or rural delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll chase it up.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).
