  • Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, tape flat across your back.
  • Waist: around the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
  • Hips: around the fullest part, about 20 cm below your waist.

For fitted pieces, take the larger size. For relaxed or knitted pieces, your usual size is normally right.
