These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mariaraglan.com and to anything you buy from Maria Raglan ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Maria Raglan is an online clothing store run from Rua Guerra Marinheiro nº9, Barreiria, 2495-101 Leiria, Portugal. We sell to customers in New Zealand. You can reach us at info@mariaraglan.com. We are a retailer: we don't make the clothes we sell. Orders are sent to you by our fulfilment partners overseas.

2. Products and descriptions

When a label gives us the fabric composition or measurements for a garment, we show them on the product page. Product photos are representative, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.

3. Sizing

Clothing sizes are shown in New Zealand and Australian sizing (8, 10, 12 and so on), as S–XL, or as a waist measurement in inches for jeans, depending on the style. Shoes are sold in US sizes, which for women's shoes are the same numbers as New Zealand and Australian sizes. Our size guide explains each system.

4. Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay, as described in our Shipping Policy. We try hard to show prices accurately. If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you before dispatch: you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Prices, offers and shipping

Where a product shows a crossed-out price next to a lower price, the lower price is the price you pay, and the crossed-out price is the item's price before the offer.

Shoe offer: when your order includes dresses adding up to NZ$90 or more, one pair of shoes from our shoe collection is 40% off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout — you don't need a code — and applies to one pair per order. See our Refund Policy for what happens if you return the dress and keep the shoes.

Tracked shipping is free on orders of NZ$160 or more, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices or end these offers at any time, but orders already placed keep the prices, discounts and shipping they were placed with.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or if there is a listing error. If we do, we refund any payment in full.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

8. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

10. Using the website

Don't use the website for anything unlawful, try to get unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with how the website works.

11. Intellectual property

The website's text, logos and images belong to Maria Raglan or to the labels and partners who supplied them. Don't copy them without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. This doesn't take away any protection you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.
